Deficiency can sometimes be the reason for loss of hair at an inappropriate time in ones life. Recent studies have shown that deficiencies of certain vitamins in the body can be a contributory cause of hair loss. Doctors and experts therefore recommend the intake of vitamins and supplements to  make up for these inadequacies. Vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B  also called Biotin and some others will recommend foods rich in these nutrients.
